Sorry I haven't updated since yesterday before our appointments. We were sent home yesterday and it has been a whirlwind ever since. Measuring right on track at 1 lb 3 oz and is 22w 0d. His heart has normalized. Gabriels measuring 22w 6d and is weighing 1lb 6oz. He still has pulmonary insufficiancy but it's mild right now. Their fluid is still very high at 9+cm and 6+cm when combined they should be around 8cm not 15-16cm. But When they will deliver though we don't know yet. It all depends. The fluid is still high in both sacs. The goal is for it to equalize in the next couple weeks, but if it doesn't or rapidly gets worse again I will have to go back for repeat surgery before 26 weeks. If it happens after 26 weeks they will just manage it at st johns with amnio reductions until they feel ready to deliver me. Dr lim said they look good so far as long as gavins heart gets better. So he said if everything keeps on track and the fluid hopefully stabilizes then he said 8-10 more weeks which would be like 30-32 weeks.
